How will CGS be hosted in different countries?

CGS requires governments to select which cloud provider they wish to operate under.  

China, for example, may choose to host CGS on Alibaba Cloud. The USA may prefer Google or Amazon Cloud. In Russia, we expect to utilize Yandex Cloud and in India, possibly E2E Cloud.
