• Ongoing Referral Bonus – Earn an additional 0.5% cashback per month on every $200 spent by your referred user for the first 12 months.

2. How does the 1% cashback work?

Every time you make a purchase from a CGS-accredited shop or fresh produce market, you will automatically receive 1% of your total purchase amount credited back into your CGS account. These credits can be used for future purchases within the CGS ecosystem.

3. How do referral rewards work?

CGS encourages community expansion through referrals:

• One-Time Referral Bonus: Earn $5 when a new user you refer spends at least $200 on the CGS app.
• Ongoing Referral Bonus: Earn 0.5% cashback per month for the first 12 months on every additional $200 your referral spends.

Example:

• You refer a friend, and they spend $200 in their first month → You receive a $5 referral bonus.If they continue spending $200 per month, you earn $1 per month (0.5%) for up to 12 months, totaling $12 in referral rewards.

4. How do I redeem my cashback and referral rewards?

All cashback and referral rewards are automatically credited to your CGS account. You can use these credits for:

• Future purchases within the CGS app.
• Discounts on fresh produce from CGS-accredited sellers.

5. Do rewards expire?

No, rewards earned through cashback and referrals do not expire. They remain in your account until used.

6. Are there any limits to how many people I can refer?

No, there is no limit to how many users you can refer. The more users you invite, the more referral bonuses you can earn.

8. Can I withdraw my cashback rewards?

Currently, cashback rewards can only be used for purchases within the CGS ecosystem and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
